We had a very comfortable 2 weeks stay at Konak Hotel Taksim. The junior room size was excellent and the location of the hotel was very convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and bars. The hotel staff, especially Seda hanım, was extremely helpful from the moment we booked and assisted us with everything we asked for. The staff were friendly and helpful, assisting with organizing PCR procedures for guests. the hotel is situated in front of a bus station, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas.

The room had a strong smell of smoke and the mattress and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, leading to a restless sleep.
