We had an amazing stay at this place! The location is perfect, right on a bustling street and only a short 5-minute walk to the city center. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent room service and assistance with any questions we had. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making us feel right at home. The hotel is in a great location, really near the bustling Taksim square. It's conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is polite and helpful. The breakfast provided is tasty and satisfying. Some rooms even offer a nice view of the city, giving you a glimpse of Istanbul's beauty.
The furniture in the rooms could use some updating, as the mattresses and pillows are not very comfortable.

We had a very comfortable 2 weeks stay at Konak Hotel Taksim. The junior room size was excellent and the location of the hotel was very convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and bars. The hotel staff, especially Seda hanım, was helpful from the moment we booked and assisted us with everything we asked for. The service provided was really good and made our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its great service, convenient location, and comfortable rooms.

I stayed at this hotel and it exceeded all of my expectations. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed, including an electric kettle and air conditioning. The location was perfect as it was just a short 5-minute walk to a busy street and Taksim square was easily accessible. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering a range of services such as room service and airport shuttles. The restaurant on-site was fantastic, offering a variety of options for breakfast, dinner and even packed lunches. The facilities were excellent, with Wi-Fi available throughout the venue and luggage storage provided.

The hotel is conveniently located near Taksim Square and within walking distance to both OsmanBey and Taksim metro stations. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, assisting with organizing PCR procedures for guests. the hotel is situated in front of a bus station, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas.
The room had a strong smell of smoke and the mattress and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, leading to a restless sleep.
